Over the past few weeks I have managed to track down a few good tutorials on lighting your videos.
My intention in directing your attention to them has never been much about actually lighting your videos!
Let’s face it, the idea of most of us taking or having the time to set up lights is kind of silly!
My point with them has always been to direct your attention to the way in which you can position yourself within the available light to get the best possible results.
My hope is that after taking the time to read through enough of them you can begin to get a sense of automatically knowing where the best place would be within a situation for you to get a good shot.
Carrying on in that same vein here is another great article giving some excellent tips on where to position the camera itself once you have worked out the best spot for you to be.
Carrying on in the same vein I have managed to grab some good videos that can further explain how the position of the camera within a shot can dramatically affect the results you get.
